Double Entendre by Mistress Black Rose

I was really intrigued by this book. I wanted to know more about the lifestyle of BDSM. I wanted to see if this would be something I would want to try. Especially since it was a Lesbian erotic novel which I barely see much of. I did like the “scene” they did, very steamy, but if felt the characters were a little flat. Kinda like the dialogue in a porn before they get down to business. (I usually fast forward through that part to get to the juicy parts) There was too much up and down with the character's emotions that I didn’t feel it being realistic. A friend training the main character to submit more to get her girlfriend back? Didn’t make too much sense. Felt like the author was making it go in so many directions that it really didn’t go straight to the point. Some of the chapters were very steamy, but some were too flat to really feel for the characters. Maybe too much plot and not enough emotion to feel for the characters.

Broken (Last Chance series #3) by A.L. Long

The series is getting more interesting. Lanie is kidnapped but her first unknown and is drugged so she has hardly any memory of her life before her abduction.
She has hardly any reconciliation of Roman or Martin. The problem with this book is the author keeps bringing back different characters involved with Lanie’s past and it gets confusing.
I did like how there was frustration from Roman on how he thought Lanie was gone forever. And the search for her through out the book was a mystery of not knowing where she was.
I would have liked a little more movement of showing how she was so close, yet so far away.
I think again enough is enough. This book could of been combined with book before. For some reason it just feels like the stories could of been put into one book instead of 5 or 6 short stories. But it was more entertaining to find how she was found. I think a little more explanation of how she was treated by the guys (again too confusing with all the characters who were involved with kidnapping her.)
On now to the next one to see how she is finding her way again.

Taken by A.L. Long

This book in the series got a little better moving through the chapters. Lanie is becoming more stronger character with her more female wants. W as a getting a little annoyed with the relationship between Martin and Roman. They were getting a little too repetitive through the book. I liked the end of the book with a surprise twist into the next book.
